Speaking solely about Riyan Parag, who was one of the heroes of last season, and that’s the reason he got the captaincy for these three games, since Sanju Samson is not fully fit to play a full match and is only playing as an impact sub. Currently, what we are seeing is a struggling Riyan Parag, especially with the bat, as not many runs have come from his bat, whether in the first game against Sunrisers Hyderabad or now in the ongoing match against Kolkata Knight Riders in Guwahati. But since Parag has always been known to redeem himself, it will be highly interesting to see how things comes.
